Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days with Express shipping ($10 at checkout). Standard shipping is free and takes 15–20 business days. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.

Go to Track your order and enter your order number (it starts with MD-) and the email you used at checkout. You'll see your order's progress and live carrier scans once it ships.

No. All duties and taxes are covered by us — the price at checkout is the final price.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that your order may already be packed — email contact@maisondagaslan.com and we'll do our best to help.

Every piece has its own measurement table on its product page (under “Size & fit”), taken from the maker's size chart. Compare it with a similar piece you already own. Between two sizes? Email us and we'll help.

Mix any pieces: 2 pieces get $15 off and 3 or more get $30 off, applied automatically in your bag.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email us to start a return; refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.

If the mistake is ours (wrong item, wrong size or a damaged piece), we cover all shipping. If you received the correct item and it doesn't fit or you changed your mind, return or exchange shipping is paid by you.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
