Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to the US takes 3–5 business days. International orders arrive in 5–10 business days. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Yes — free worldwide shipping is included on all orders, with no minimum.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Import duties or local taxes are not included in the price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your item may already be in processing. Email contact@maisondagaslan.com immediately and we will do our best to help.

The Cross Vision frames are one size. Lens width: 51mm. Bridge width: 20mm. Temple arm length: 145mm. They are designed to fit a wide range of face shapes with a slightly oversized, editorial silhouette.

Lenses are polycarbonate with UV400 protection, blocking 99–100% of UVA and UVB rays. The gradient mirror coating is applied by hand in Istanbul.

The frames are acetate — lightweight, flexible, and hypoallergenic. Hardware (screws, hinges) is stainless steel. The cross ornament at the hinge is zinc alloy with a chrome finish.

Use the microfiber cloth included with your order. Avoid abrasive materials. Rinse under lukewarm water and gently dry if needed. Keep away from extreme heat.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Contact us at contact@maisondagaslan.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Yes. All eyewear carries a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. Normal wear, accidental damage, or scratches are not covered.

Each colorway of the Cross Vision is strictly limited. Once sold out, it will not be restocked. This is intentional — scarcity is part of the object.
