Shipping
Get your order in as little as 5–10 business days with express shipping (just $10 at checkout). Free worldwide shipping is also included on every order (15–20 business days). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and a tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. All duties and taxes are fully covered by us: the price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no customs charges, import duties, or surprise fees on delivery. Order by October 15 to get it in time for Halloween.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Contact us and we will issue a refund once the item is received and inspected. Should your order arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund — no questions asked.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your order and improve your experience. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details. We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising; purchase event data (such as hashed email, name, and address) may be shared with Meta for this purpose. We use cookies for site analytics and advertising measurement — you can accept or decline non-essential tracking via the banner shown on your first visit. We do not sell your personal data.
