Shipping
Each mirror is hand-finished in Istanbul and dispatched from our United States warehouse. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard US delivery takes 3–5 business days, with expedited US shipping available at checkout. We ship worldwide with tracking; a tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched. Any applicable taxes or import duties are not included in the price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Each Cross Mirror is hand-finished, individually numbered, and produced in a limited edition. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition and packaging — contact us and we will issue a refund once the mirror is received and inspected. Should a piece arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your order and improve your experience. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details. We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising; purchase event data (such as hashed email, name, and address) may be shared with Meta for this purpose. We use cookies for site analytics and advertising measurement — you can accept or decline non-essential tracking via the banner shown on your first visit. We do not sell your personal data.
