Shipping, returns & privacy

Choose Express at checkout ($10) and most orders arrive in 5–10 business days. Standard shipping is free on every order worldwide and takes 15–20 business days.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. We email your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships, and you can follow every scan on our order tracking page.

All duties and taxes are covered by us — the price at checkout is the final price, with no customs charges or surprise fees on delivery.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Email us to start a return and we'll refund you once the item is received and inspected.

If the mistake is ours — wrong item, wrong size, or a damaged or defective piece — we cover all shipping costs and send a replacement or a full refund. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

If we sent the correct item but it doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, return and exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer.

We collect only the information needed to process your order and improve your experience. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure our advertising; purchase event data (such as hashed email, name and address) may be shared with Meta for this purpose.
