Terms of Service

We describe our products and their colours, materials and measurements as accurately as we can; colours may look slightly different on screen. Prices are shown in your selected currency and include any discounts shown at checkout. We may correct errors and update prices or availability at any time before an order is confirmed.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund you in full.

Delivery times, shipping options and our return policy are described on our Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Please do not misuse the site — for example by attempting to access it in unauthorised ways, interfering with its operation or copying its content for commercial use.

All content on this site and on our social media accounts — including photos, designs, text and logos — belongs to Maison Dagaslan or its licensors and may not be reused without our written permission.

We publish our own content to our own TikTok, Instagram, Threads and Pinterest accounts, using the platforms' official tools and APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how these integrations handle data.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
